Leafy old trees shade cobbled streets lined by decorative houses that have all been recently rejuvenated.

Despite its position in one of the most exclusive and expensive areas in Cape Town, the Piazza remains happily relaxed- plush gardens surround airy unpretentious units and a pool allows visitors to enjoy a splash around after a busy day shopping or browsing the many wonders that the area has to offer. Although close to the Central Business District, and bordering on Green Point (a popular area for many restaurants, bars, clubs and offices and home to one of the 2010 World Cup stadiums), De Waterkant remains largely tranquil and The Piazza is lucky enough to be situated on a cul-de-sac.

Continue in this direction and this incredible coastal drive will take you all the way to the exclusive beach neighbourhood of Llandudno, or further to the quaint fishing area of Hout Bay.

Passports:

South African immigration laws require all visitors passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa.
